Arty Parties: Celebrate Creatively! 
Celebrate a birthday or other special event with an Arty Party at Art Matters Studio. Each party is customized to your chosen theme and allows the birthday child and guests to paint, craft and create. We have parties for 3 age levels with dozens of projects to choose from. All events are guided step by step by our staff with time for set aside for any food or birthday treats. 
We had my daughter’s 5th birthday party at Art Matters. I could not have asked for a better party for her! This was our first time here and they definitely did not disappoint. All of the kids had a blast, and all of the parents said what a great party it was. The space is large enough that you don’t feel like you are on top of each other. They had enough crafts for the kids to keep them entertained the entire time. And the crafts were so cute! The staff was all very friendly also and willing to help with anything we needed. We will be back for sure. I would definitely recommend for anyone who has a child interested in arts and crafts!

PARTY PACKAGES

We offer 3 main Party Packages with dozens of project choices for each! Keep in mind-you do not have to have your project chosen to book. We have over a decade of experience and have hosted 100's of parties. Our projects are age appropriate, engaging and fun and customized to your child's favorite interests. Once we receive your booking fee, we will call to discuss options, images or set up an in person tour. 

All parties cost a flat rate of $350 for up to 10 guests. You are welcome to have more guests at $25 each.
​We recommend no more than 12 for Storytime parties, 16 for Crafty Kids, 18 for Paint Parties.

Hungry Caterpillar Party
A perfect event for younger children. Parties feature story time followed by a mixed media art project and related activities based on the stories themes. ​Popular choices include "Hungry Caterpillar", "Dragons love Tacos", "Pete the Cat", "Goodnight Construction Site" and more. ​Let us know a few story choices when registering. 

Recommended for ages 3-6.

Unicorn Party
Crafty Kids parties feature mixed media art projects based on a theme. Let us know your child's passions and we will be happy to guide you to a project choice. Popular themes include Under the Sea, Rainbow Unicorn, Sweet Treats, Wizard Magic, Outer Space and more. Mixed Media Canvas or Wood Plaques, 3D Scenes, and Dioramas are just some of the project types.

Recommended for ages 5-10
An adult must attend with any guests under 6.

Rainbow Reflections
Enjoy creating a painting on canvas with dozens of images to choose from including animals, landscapes, more. All our Beginner images are pre-sketched allowing kids to focus on painting and having fun. More advanced images are recommended for ages 10+ with little or no sketch. All  led step by step by our instructor who will paint the image as shown. Some beginner level images include embellishing with gems and other bling.

Parties are now available for Online Booking, by phone or in person.  Click on the BOOK NOW button below to see available dates and times. Online booking ends 1 week prior to date. If looking for a last minute event, call and check on availability.  Once we receive your order, we can send images of party choices or set up a time at the studio to view. Projects or themes must be decided at least 2 weeks prior.

To book, we require a $100 deposit, which is deducted from your total. The deposit is non-refundable. Balance due on the day of the event. 
We charge a flat rate of $350 per party which covers up to 10 artists (even if less attend).
Additional guests are $25 each.

On the Day of Event
Hosts may arrive 20 minutes prior to the event to decorate. We will have tablecloths out in food area but all other party ware must be supplied by the host. We typically break 1/2 through the event for any refreshments. You may bring in any outside food to enjoy with your guests. We do not have a refrigerator. The host should attend the whole time. A caregiver should attend for any guest under 6, Drop off is available, if desired, for ages 6+. We will ask guests parents to provide contact information. 

Terms
We do not hold party dates without a booking fee.
